WHAT IF I DO NOT PASS MY COURSE?

A.  Your American Heart Association CPR course is an open book course.  Most students are able to pass the course seamlessly.  Occasionally a student may not pass the Skills portion or Written exam for the course.  In these instances students have one opportunity to correct their Skills or re-take the Written Exam.  Failure the Skills or Written Exam a second time will result in a course failure and registration in another course will be required.
